The Lakecrest Nest could have been (maybe should have been) a complete tear down, but we saw something more.
We partnered with investor clients to turn this dilapidated lakeside box into an oasis of a vacation home. The only things we kept of the original structure were the exterior walls and the ground floor foundation. Everything else (plumbing, electric, hvac, roof, siding, interior walls, second level subfloor, etc…) EVERYTHING was replaced and built with our final design in mind. For six months we painstakingly put every detail in place.
The finished product is filled with furnishings to complete the low-key luxury bohemian vibes we were after.
